This NCRES site is powered by a wiki, which means that anyone with an account can change just about any page. Wiki's are goverened by the simple philosophy that there are more good people than bad people, and that the site will be more useful (and used) if the actual people that participate in NCRES can participate on the website as well. Wiki unleases the website from an autocratic "We write, you read" mindset, into "I can write and respond to what appeals to me." Of course, there are condtions to this, and that is why this site has moderators. For example, you cannot go and post an advertisement to your business on this website. You cannot write anything that endorses any political party or individual running for public office. These rules are necessary to protect our 501(c)3 status (non-profit). Every page on this wiki has a Discussion page. If you have questions, consider making your point or question there, and let it mature before it is promoted to text on the main pages. Every user on this website has a Talk page as well, so feel free to leave PUBLIC comments on users' Talk pages.
